The first interview was fairly pleasant.
For the second interview, since I had read this post, I asked the general manager a few more questions. Basically, all I got were vague, empty answers.
The above was originally supposed to describe the pros, but I accidentally went straight to the cons.
When the headhunter first approached me about this position, they did not clearly explain the interview process at all. Only after the first and second interviews did they test my English?
Imagine if you were a manager at Johnson Fitness: how much time would be wasted if, only after the second interview, you discovered that the candidate was completely hopeless at English? But it is obvious that this is also one of HR’s various bargaining chips for pushing down the salary. I heard there is also an assignment on product planning coming up?
And from beginning to end, they kept saying they could not get in touch with their own HR.
Don’t really believe the talk about digital transformation in a traditional industry unless they dare to make sweeping changes to the workforce—especially getting rid of those who do nothing but talk.
