Pros

I helped out for a while before, doing things like graphic design or sales.

There were very few employees, probably only one or two people at their posts. We were expected to do many things, and the work assignments kept changing—whatever management suddenly wanted to do would be assigned to us. Employees had to put aside their current work to provide support. For example, while working on subtitles, we might suddenly be told to go film an online video. Later, I never saw the finished product, so I don't know whether the work was put to use or whether we were just busywork.

Cons

When computer-related technical problems came up, people who didn't understand computers would insist that things be done a certain way, even though that couldn't actually solve the problem. After we raised the issue, we received even more impractical proposed solutions. Fortunately, I was only working there part-time at the time and left after a short while. It felt very difficult to work there.

This is a very small family business. Normally, an immigration company should have licensed professionals, but there were already very few employees, including relatives who came to help. They were mostly in their fifties or sixties and did not seem to have professional backgrounds.

This company is also very concerned with employees' privacy. During the interview, they asked many questions about zodiac signs and family matters. After looking at the interview reviews, I discovered that I wasn't the only one they had asked.
