Someone plays mobile games every day and arranges personal plans during work hours. They do not even read emails from clients, and there is not even a call-forwarding function for the main line. This is a suitable place for recreational activities (their own personal plans).

Clients do not want to look for this person when they have problems; instead, they ask engineers and actually get answers. Even though this person sits right behind the engineers and knows when clients come to ask questions, they act as if it is none of their business, sitting there playing mobile games. Facing clients is part of their job, but in the end, the things they should be helping with are left for others to do.

The company has already become like a giant zombie: it stops moving when it comes to doing the right thing, ignores useful people—whether by laying them off or forcing them to leave—and keeps only those who know how to talk. People who know how to work will work themselves to death.

Managers really like to use emotional blackmail to assert their presence. Whatever you do, they always have something to say and some fault to pick. They think they are good managers: “I’m doing this for your own good.”

Sometimes it feels like having joined a large multi-level marketing company: they keep painting grand visions, while people who raise problems are told to show love and acceptance toward those who caused all the disasters, and to have a compassionate heart.

These people should just stay here and not come out.

If you think you can save all sentient beings and always remain positive no matter what strange people or situations you encounter, you can join and improve your patience and tolerance.

But if you want to learn anything, there is nothing to learn; you will end up with little competitiveness.
