Pros
Colleagues in the department get along well
Supervisors are quite dedicated to training new employees
The atmosphere at work is fairly pleasant
The company does not require overtime, and the workload is still manageable
Cons
The company is very hot in the mornings during summer, then gets cold in the afternoon
It is just always very cold in winter
