There are various bonuses, and the amounts given during the three major holidays are extremely generous. It’s the kind of situation where you mention the bonus amount when you go out, and your friends keep asking whether the company is still hiring.

There is almost never a shortage of cookies and snacks.

The employees are generally quite young, so at first glance, the atmosphere could be described as harmonious.

Salary adjustments happen quickly, and the boss is very generous. For back-office staff, the salary is genuinely considered high.

This industry is relatively stable.

As mentioned in other comments, there are cliques.

During the interview, they said this company would not have problems with internal intrigue. However, one female employee would indeed distort other people’s meaning and spread it around, leading to many minor misunderstandings between colleagues. During my employment, there really was a new employee (negative number) who resigned because they did not want to work with a female colleague (I’m not sure whether it was the person mentioned by someone else).

It may not go as far as forcing people to drink, but they will keep pressuring you to drink. I’m not sure whether refusing gets you singled out or marked, since almost everyone drank anyway, but they do not force women to drink.

Although raises come quickly, the system is unclear. Sometimes the entire company receives an adjustment; other times, someone gets a raise simply because they took on a project. In some cases, the raise comes before they have produced any results, so even when they slack off later, no one stops them.

The problem of being subjected to rumors and smears exists whether you are currently employed or have already left.

Workplace bullying also genuinely exists, and reporting it is ineffective.
