After being with the company for some time, my overall impression has been very positive.
Personally, I feel that the company has room for growth. The boss is hands-on and very dedicated, and even a traditional industry is run in a very innovative way.
There is a sense of growing and progressing together with the company.
Although there is hardly a moment of free time during work,
having a boss who is willing to listen and provide opportunities to demonstrate your abilities and grow
is actually very rare and valuable.
It is very suitable for job seekers who are serious and willing to devote themselves to their work.
(Those who only want to show up for work and leave at the end of the day may want to think twice, and probably would not stay long.)
When you manage your work efficiency well, overtime is actually not usually necessary.
The parking is relatively far away.
