After two interviews, I made it to the second round, which was conducted by the general manager. Before that, I had to fill out a bunch of documents, and by the end, when the questions had nothing to do with the skills required, I just filled them out casually. Next, I was interviewed by the general manager, who asked about my expertise and experience. I suddenly felt that everything I said about my experience was being recorded and written out in detail on my résumé. Is he really listening to me that attentively? Or is he recording it for future observation and using it as an evaluation for becoming a permanent employee? Thinking about it, it’s not bad—whether I did something or not, there would be a record just by looking at the documents. As for the chairman, is he really that difficult, always showing up right before the end of the workday? I’ll go undercover and observe what happens next before commenting further!!
