Workplace reviews and discussion: 天成飯店股份有限公司

Conveniently located next to Taipei Main Station.

The boss manages based on their emotions, while the senior executives are all calculating drama queens. There are countless group chats and endless meetings, yet things are still a complete mess internally. You’re expected to check messages after work—if you don’t reply, just wait to get chewed out. Many of the managers seem not to know how they became managers; they appear to be good only at sucking up, while their professional competence is unbelievably poor. If you feel your life isn’t miserable enough, come and give it a try.
