In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man can be king.

But now that you're going in, the one-eyed men are already the bosses. There's no way they'll give you opportunities to perform or learn—unless they resign. Otherwise, you'll only ever be working under the one-eyed men, even if... you're one of the clear-sighted.

But the one-eyed men aren't going to resign.

Their abilities are merely average. After finally staying here long enough to become entrenched veterans, everyone has an impressive-sounding title. It would be difficult for them to find such good positions elsewhere (with authority, money, familiarity, and leaving work on time), and they wouldn't be able to call the shots like they do here.

During the interview, please calmly and carefully examine the experience and abilities of those entrenched veterans!! You may discover that you're being interviewed and talked down to by a group of people who are even less experienced than you.

In 2022, almost the entire R&D department left, and some people from other departments left as well!!

Aside from those entrenched veterans who benefit from the status quo, all that remained were...

People who complain all day but don't dare leave (they feel they're too old to find another job),

people who can't be bothered to leave (the company is close to home),

people who just want to make money (thinking they'll simply sell eight hours to the company in exchange for money, with little ambition at work), and

workplace rookies (rookie managers can bluff their way through anything, and workplace rookies think it all sounds very reasonable)... None of them resigned; everyone else who could leave did.

If a company can give ordinary employees a vision and opportunities for growth, rather than merely drawing empty promises for them, then why have so many people resigned?! Some of those who left had worked there for a year, two years, or even less. Sure, some worked there for three or four years, but the point is, why did these people leave? It's not as though they simply left because their time was up, right?!

Doesn't that mean everyone finally couldn't take it anymore?! That they felt they were wasting their lives?!
