The manager was previously in sales and managed the technical, PM, and sales teams.
There is not much sales performance pressure: the annual target is 33 million, with a fairly large base of existing customers.
Take a look at the comments in the previous entries. There was a major reshuffle in 2019, and the sales manager happened to parachute in that year; they later climbed to their current position.
The manager is very good at scrutinizing small details. If you fail to do even one thing properly, it will basically be blown out of proportion indefinitely.
