1. The person who sent the interview invitation and the interviewer seemed to be different people? They proactively invited me to interview, but the interviewer gave me the impression that they had only looked at my résumé right before the interview
2. There is no overtime pay. The company does not encourage overtime, and employees generally leave on time. If the Sales Department asks you to work overtime because of urgent work, it depends on your personal relationship with the sales staff (it sounds like there is some internal pressure based on personal connections).
