The head of R&D is a junior engineer from Chung Hua University, but holds the title of VP. He doesn’t understand anything, and I don’t know why he was put in that position. He’s very easy to fool.
One word: fraud. You can tell just from the founder’s lawsuits.
1. Be careful when joining to make sure your salary is calculated correctly, and be careful when leaving to make sure money isn’t improperly deducted.
2. The boss’s preferences come first: he does whatever he wants. There are also Red Guards around him who monitor you all day like the Eastern Depot.
3. The salespeople and the Red Guards in front are constantly fighting with the R&D staff in the back; no one communicates.
4. The boss doesn’t know how to make money, but he is quite good at writing reports.
5. You can look up how many lawsuits there are domestically and internationally, and what they are about.
6. The benefits are all given fancy names, but you can’t actually get them.
7. They don’t pay overtime.
8. All the good people have left. Bad money drives out good money, so if you’re thinking of joining, be careful about the employees who are there now.
