1. All relevant rules and benefits were explained very clearly
2. Everything else was fairly standard
The HR staff seemed not to know what kind of person the manager was looking for. During the interview with the manager, I felt that the conditions the manager provided were very clear. However, HR seemed to be making things up; perhaps they themselves are not from the food industry or there were communication difficulties. In any case, I spent over NT$2,000 on a high-speed rail ticket and took a day off work, only to waste my time. Before the interview, it would have been better to confirm by phone with HR exactly what qualifications the manager was looking for. At the time, I thought that HR at such a large company should be very experienced and in sync with the managers, but apparently I was expecting too much. I have no complaints about the manager; HR was the problem.
