The chaos caused by architect Xiao*廷: The company is not an SI, yet it competed with a former employee who had left to seize a bunch of SI projects. The company has no staff; all projects are outsourced, and it still takes them on. They recruit newcomers to take the blame for the mess, but newcomers are unwilling.
Xiao** even told HR that the newcomer did not share technical knowledge, deliberately dismissed the newcomer, seized the newcomer's computer, and took it away. Be careful when joining... HR manager Gao Qian* also threatens and uses force to hold you back and prevent you from leaving, only letting you go after forcing you to sign a resignation.
The documents were provided long ago, yet they kept using the probationary period to pressure newcomers into working for free and taking Jing*Cheng's documents to another outsourcing company.
The job duties described during the interview differed greatly from the actual work. Originally, they said the job would involve developing the company's private cloud and IoT.
In reality, the work involved projects won by the architect surnamed Xiao and a former sales employee. Although the company is not an SI, it went after projects for ShenX*, DaX*Jun, hospitals, and 5G projects in the telecommunications industry. They then hired employees from SI companies to take the blame; when they could not do the work, they looked for other SIs to outsource it to.
In the Airport MRT project, they replaced Jing*Cheng midway. Before even terminating the contract with Jing*Cheng, they told a newcomer to take the blame and complete the CI/CD in two weeks... Jing*Cheng quoted three months for four person-days.
