The boss is a cunning, ungrateful, classless cheapskate.
Not only does he provide none of the employee benefits we should receive, he doesn’t even enroll employees in labor and health insurance through the normal channels, instead insuring us through a labor union. Needless to say, he has no intention of paying into the pension system either. He also violates the Labor Standards Act: excessive working hours, deducting an entire day’s pay for taking sick leave, docking pay for being late, treating a late leave request as an absence without leave, deducting double pay for absences without leave, not paying overtime, making employees absorb costs, and offering no transportation allowance or any other benefits.
Even when employees have company dinners after work, we still have to pay for ourselves and aren’t allowed to skip them. It’s utterly ridiculous. A whole group of longtime employees who helped start the company with him have left, yet he remains in denial, convinced that the veteran employees were greedy and wanted to betray him. He completely fails to recognize that he is the disgusting, greedy one who exploits employees to the fullest.
