The only thing left is probably the geographical location!!
Japanese company on the surface! Taiwanese company at its core!
Taiwanese managers are very good at making data look good for the Japanese bosses
The Japanese bosses basically don’t understand the company’s situation very well
To make the data look good and line their own pockets
They exploit employees in all kinds of ways
Those who don’t obey or who are capable
Managers will find ways to arbitrarily transfer you to another position
It’s very sudden (you come into the office in the morning and are told to transfer to another position that same day)
Either accept it! Or be forced out! There are no other choices
The company has no channel for consultation
If you foolishly go ask HR
You’ll inexplicably be given a hard time
Because HR is in on it too!!
A perfectly good Japanese company has been turned into complete chaos
If you are fortunate enough to join this company
You will find that there is quite a large gap in employees’ years of service
New hires cannot be retained
