Cons

Upon arriving, I first filled out the forms and then waited for a while before the manager arrived (in a cramped reception room by the entrance). After sitting down, the manager glanced at my résumé. From their expression, I knew I was going to waste my time again—it felt somewhat condescending. They then asked me to introduce myself. As expected, throughout the entire interview, they maintained the same expression and questioned me rigidly. They believed that your company’s products were solutions, implying long-term cooperation, unlike real estate or automobile sales, where deals are closed in the short term. Our company’s standards are much higher than those for real estate and automotive sales. In the end, they said that the purpose was simply to exchange information.

(I thought to myself: A large part of real estate and automobile sales involves cultivating long-term customers and having customers refer other customers. How could there possibly be passersby coming to ask you questions every day?)

I suspect that the interviewer on the recruiting side had not filtered the résumés.
