Basically neither good nor bad~ at least salaries are paid, and working hours are punctual.
The boss never switches off, 24 hours a day, putting considerable pressure on employees. There are plenty of people in every department who are just coasting. The head of marketing sleeps and chats all day, and sometimes even plays on his phone during work. Everyone works around the boss’s instructions~ marketing is expected to run ads without a budget, yet deliver good performance. Videos go through first, second, and third revisions, with tiny little details changed each time. Everyone is busywork-busy; the online department has no direction and only knows how to handle whatever is immediately in front of them. Not a single PM is professional, and there is a pile of uncompetitive stuff. Everyone just follows the boss’s instructions. Only a certain VP and a certain male PM are okay; the rest are XXXX.
