1. Friendly to new colleagues; people help one another, and managers from other departments also offer advice and look after new employees.
2. The office atmosphere is lively and not oppressive.
3. Attendance, leave, and holidays are all better than required by the Labor Standards Act, and there are also various employee benefits.
4. The company values performance and employee capabilities. Through various activities and group meals, employees from different departments can get to know one another, helping new employees quickly integrate into the company and strengthening their sense of belonging.
When I first joined, the company happened to be transitioning its HR system, so I had to fill out paper leave forms, which was rather inconvenient. However, a new system was introduced in November, and leave can now be requested directly through the system.
