The HR staff were very professional and courteous.
After hearing about the interview experience, they immediately understood where the problem lay. Once they realized it was an issue with the company, they did not make things difficult for the interviewee.
The hiring department manager had no understanding of their own department’s role, asking the applicant to “complete work for other departments,” and even requiring that the work completed on their behalf be “confirmed by other departments.” This completely contradicted the division of labor and the responsibilities of each department; the manager lacked professionalism.
