Good suggestions cannot be used because the manager thinks they are being deliberately oppositional? How ridiculous.

Employees are being dismissed by the manager one by one!! Just because the manager does not know how to manage, the reactions and actions of all the employees lead someone who cannot manage to say that they are difficult to manage?

The owner does not even investigate the situation, but listens to a manager who cannot manage and lets the manager dismiss talented people one after another!
