Employees have to pay for indoor parking (motorcycles), and paying one day late means the fee is DOUBLED. I've never encountered a company that charges employees for parking instead of providing parking spaces. They require you to know a foreign language (English or Japanese) but provide no allowance, and you have to COVER for colleagues who don't know a foreign language even though you all receive the same salary.

Average benefits & dead-end salary. Don't expect a high salary just because you're senior; all the managerial positions are already occupied, so there is basically no chance for promotion unless you stay for ten or twenty years—then perhaps there is a tiny chance.
