The company in Sanchong is quite large (it occupies the entire building).
During the interview, there was a test on some online shopping concepts and a typing speed test.
After joining, there is training and an evaluation. Only after passing can you actually interact with customers and handle their problems.
However, I personally did not pass the evaluation. I was supposed to retake it a second time, but after thinking about it for a long time, I ultimately chose to give up.................
The staff are generally easy to get along with, especially the trainers, who are very patient when teaching, although they can be a bit stern sometimes..............haha
The salary is about the same as at other companies, but they are quite generous with bonuses. I remember the maximum monthly bonus could be around 5,000–6,000 (though it depends on performance).
The commute is inconvenient. If you don't have your own transportation, it is extremely inconvenient!!!!!
(Because it was really far from my home. The commute took one hour, and during rush hour after work, it took two hours to get home = =)
There are few restaurants nearby, so everyone has to order delivery together for lunch. (I recommend that people reporting for their first day bring their own lunch. I didn't eat lunch on my first day......................)
Although I worked there for less than a month and never experienced overtime,
some more senior colleagues said that when things get busy, it is frightening and everyone has to work overtime, especially in winter................
I don't know what the actual overtime situation is,
but at least I felt well looked after when I first joined, and the entire training system was quite good.
If you want to work in customer service, I suggest going to an interview to take a look—but first, you need to be able to "accept working overtime."
