Colleagues are easy to get along with.
The supervisor's management style is highly problematic. They have no understanding of task management or goal setting, and have even done unreasonable things such as secretly modifying approval messages and then questioning why an announcement was sent incorrectly. The office environment is supposedly designed to feel like a café, but the dim lighting makes your eyes tire very easily. The restroom is extremely dirty, so during the interview, I recommend taking a look at it before deciding whether to join. In addition, this company has no processes whatsoever; everything is done according to the “managers’” personal feelings.
Additional information: Foreigners with no relevant experience start at 65K. Consider it carefully.
