The supervisor at the Nankan plant has a volatile temper. Whenever someone makes a mistake, they will definitely be verbally berated, and then the supervisor will issue a disciplinary action and deduct your year-end bonus. If they take a dislike to you, they will definitely find a way to get rid of you. The work environment is extremely hot, the machines are noisy, and there are many equipment breakdowns. There is a very high likelihood that maintenance personnel will have to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Maintenance work is required to be completed in a shorter time, making it impossible to identify the root cause. Not recommended for applying.
