I’m not sure what the culture is like in other departments, but all my colleagues in my department are kind and good people.

For recent graduates entering the workforce, the overall atmosphere is relatively similar to that of other companies and schools, and there is quite a lot of room to apply and develop your own expertise.

The location is fairly convenient, with many lunch options nearby.

I think the salary is reasonable for recent graduates just starting out, but if, like me, you have moved north and need to pay rent, it can be genuinely rather tight.

Sometimes deeply rooted ideas need to be integrated with the new era. For example, allocating the necessary budget to online marketing and advertising is essential! The systems also need to be updated appropriately.

Also, outdated equipment that should be phased out should really be replaced.

Everyone’s scope of work needs to be clearly delineated. Cross-disciplinary learning is great, but everyone has tasks they are originally supposed to handle, and this kind of plus should not become the norm or a responsibility.

Cutting the manpower budget will only lower the quality; assistants should be hired when needed.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Whether or not toilet paper is placed on the desk should have little to do with it—the company has far too much dust.
