The chairman is young and somewhat handsome.
Free toilet paper to your heart’s content / vending machine allowance / a birthday group wishes you a happy birthday.
That’s all.
The sales and administration departments: veteran employees speak with extremely poor manners and are harsh and impatient with new colleagues.
They will openly berate you in the office without any regard for your dignity.
Everyone is angry but afraid to speak up. Only after things become serious do they start cultivating relationships everywhere; it makes you feel sick just watching it.
The supervisor leads the workplace bullying and privately makes personal attacks against colleagues.
Turnover in the sales department has always been very high, yet the long-serving supervisors all believe there is nothing wrong with their attitude.
As if the company were offering exceptionally generous salaries. Everyone is just out here trying to make a living; there’s really no need to speak to people so degradingly.
There is too much work to finish. It’s an all-inclusive responsibility system with no overtime pay, and they will even say that you are simply inefficient.
They have no idea what the supervisors themselves do during working hours either; they take their work home to finish.
What supervisors are allowed to do, we are not. What the company does not provide, we really are not allowed to ask for!
The supervisor in charge of money and personnel is the owner’s wife herself. She has very low emotional intelligence, and her department’s turnover is also among the highest.
The computers have been in use for who knows how many years. When they break, they simply refuse to replace them.
They even ask senior managers from other departments to help repair the computers, causing major delays in colleagues’ work efficiency!
They openly verbally bully employees in group chats with many participants, making sarcastic and cutting remarks as if they were Wu Zetian.
Apart from the two departments mentioned above, the other departments seem to be fine.
However, the overall atmosphere is one where the more you say, the more mistakes you make, like the White Terror.
It is very easy to be labeled. At one point, I genuinely thought I was living under martial law.
