I can't name any pros.
Always claims to be the Shilin school supervisor,
yet when something goes wrong, can only ask subordinates to step in and smooth things over, while also requiring them to handle students' parents' issues during their leave time.
If you want to please VVVIP clients so badly, why don't you handle it yourself?
The company is extremely disorganized, and the workload distribution is also seriously uneven.
Always likes to sow discord behind people's backs, yet stubbornly refuses to admit it.
The benefits are not worth mentioning either... The company's image is fake from top to bottom~
