Frequent group dinners seem to help build relationships, with discussions about work and a drinking culture. Holiday bonuses are provided for the three major festivals, as well as a year-end bonus, though the amounts are pitifully small.

The company has been losing money continuously and has no future. The bonus system provides very little, and bonus payments are often delayed for several months. Even after employees resign, the company withholds their wages.

There are an overwhelming number of work tasks, the policies keep changing, and there is no system or standard.

They also expect employees to work under a responsibility-based system. If you do not want to waste your time or jeopardize future friendships, I suggest not joining.
