I’m a returning front-desk employee. When I first came back, there were definitely many things I wasn’t used to, since a lot had been updated. After working at another company, I realized that the base salary here is actually quite good. As for the bonuses, you really can only rely on your own efforts—if you want to earn more bonuses, you’ll need to work hard and have a bit of luck!

There have really been quite a few changes compared with before. I’m still working hard to catch up and adjust, but returning to a familiar environment is still easier to get the hang of than one that’s completely unfamiliar. I hope I can get up to speed soon and earn some bonuses~
