The operator position actually requires Japanese proficiency at the N1 level—truly an astonishing sight. The Lunar New Year holiday is only three days, and there are no cash bonuses for the three major festivals, only gift boxes. Then they keep emphasizing that they are a Japanese company, hehe.

During the interview, they said they would first arrange an initial interview and asked me to add them on LINE. After I did, they started criticizing me in all sorts of ways, saying that I’m not young anymore (32), that I have no noodle-making experience, and that I don’t speak Japanese. Aren’t these details already visible on the résumé from the beginning? Why ask me to add them on LINE for an initial interview, only to criticize me afterward? Is this just to meet a KPI or something?
