I had been looking for a job for quite a while, so I applied when I saw this opening. The interview process was stress-free. The female manager who interviewed me first introduced the company's products, as well as the salary and bonus calculations, employee benefits, and so on. The bonus structure was what attracted me the most. I have now been with the company for two months. Whenever I have questions, my manager provides guidance. Everyone has gotten along well during this time, and I also get to interact with different departments to learn about the products, which is quite fun. Free afternoon tea is provided every week.
At first, working in sales can be stressful because you worry that you won't be able to make sales. Fortunately, the manager is always willing to offer guidance.
I still need to further develop my communication skills, so I regularly communicate with the execution departments to gain a clear understanding of the product lines.
