1. The company supervisor has absolute control. If you want to join this company, please curry favor with the supervisor—ideally by acting like a humble little maid. That is the only way the supervisor will like you. But even if you have a good relationship, you may still be dismissed at any time.
2. Only the supervisor interacts with the boss. The supervisor reports all projects and progress to the boss, so the boss has no idea who actually carries out the work and relies entirely on whatever the supervisor says. That is why the first point says to curry favor with the supervisor.
3. The supervisor does not like wearing shoes in the office and often walks around barefoot, which is extremely inappropriate.
4. The office trash cans are for paper only. Other items, such as cookies, drinks, and tissues, must be taken to the break room for disposal. However, snacks eaten by the supervisor and boss can be thrown into the office trash cans, and employees are required to take turns emptying the trash every day. It is a case of one rule for those in power and another for everyone else.
5. Beisheng and Inpace are the same company with the same owner. The products they sell are essentially the same with only the packaging changed, and there is little difference in the contents, so everyone should protect their hard-earned money.
6. The products sold by the company are promoted through paid posts and comments written by others to create online buzz. Although the company created a Facebook group, the posts published there must actually pass review. Anything expressing doubts about the company or containing negative wording will not be approved. Usually, the people posting there are insiders; otherwise, customers are given extra gifts in exchange for sharing.
