3. Temporary projects are often assigned, with deadlines requiring completion the same day or within two days. It is truly pressuring because your work is not limited to carrying out projects; you also have other routine tasks.

4. Every Tuesday after work, employees have to attend a study group. Members must spend their off-hours studying videos and articles, then present their takeaways. It may appear to allow free expression, but in reality, this is a great opportunity to show your loyalty to the company and curry favor with the boss. During the interview, they say the study group is voluntary. If you genuinely have something else to do and do not attend, nothing will happen—but when the boss sees that too few people have participated, he puts on a sour face and gets angry, then makes sarcastic remarks about supervisors and employees onstage. Later, because the participation rate was too low, the company directly added the number of study-group sessions attended to the performance evaluation form. If you attend too few, your evaluation score will be very low.

5. During holidays and days off, the boss often posts inspirational articles and videos in the group chat. You have to click on them, watch them, and reply in the group. If you do not reply, your supervisor will keep an eye on you when you return to work on Monday and tell you that the first thing you must do is reply to the boss in the group chat. Sometimes the boss even asks the executive secretary to count the number of replies. Those who do not reply may receive a formal reprimand. It is ridiculous.
