I haven’t been here very long, but so far everything feels pretty good.

It seems the company has gone through quite a major transformation and succession in the past,

so a lot of things are already different from before.

At least for now, it feels pretty good—most people are off work around six-something.

The environment, people, and systems don’t feel as frightening as described in the earlier reviews.

Of course, I still need to observe for a while longer.

The company isn’t large, with around 100 employees, so its systems and scale still can’t really compare with those of a typical publicly listed company.

However, the company has plans for an IPO, and I hope to get in before then.

If the company can really take off, that would be great.

It feels like some positions aren’t being filled quickly enough, so the handover when new people come on can feel a bit rushed.

Because of the pandemic, some benefits or activities that used to be offered may have been discontinued, which is a bit of a shame.
