Taking leave is easy; the company has hardly any formal policies.
The company plays favorites severely, bonus distribution is unfair, and salary adjustments depend on the supervisor’s mood. Regardless of how much work there is, capable employees are simply expected to do more (without earning more). They also like to employ certain incompetent people. The boss’s wife is an outsider who likes to interfere with how things are done, seriously affecting management. Not only do projects suffer delays, but when the boss’s daughter comes to work at the company, she also does whatever she wants—or not at all. She can leave whenever she feels like it, and everyone has to worry that she will say something at home, causing the department to suffer the next day.
Hey! Her dad is the chairman, after all~~
The R&D manager is truly great—thank you for your care. As for the rest, forget it. The warehouse manager also handles purchasing, sales staff have to draft their own contracts, legal acts superior, the finance department does not handle its responsibilities, payroll is still calculated manually, the heads of the two major departments openly scheme against each other, engineers’ abilities are uneven, and the sales department makes promises recklessly because the manager sets a bad example.
Thankfully, I have been gone for several months.
