Pros
The starting salary is decent.
Cons
Being an MD or management trainee at 7-ELEVEN Taiwan sounds impressive, and you often handle very large-scale business deals, but from then on, you no longer have any quality of life. Store part-timers and PT staff can leave work when their shifts end; at headquarters, no one really gets off work.
The working hours are long enough as it is, and you also have to deal with the senior management of a family-owned business. No matter how large the company is, it is still a family-owned business—make no mistake.
