The environment is beautiful, and the employees are generally easy to get along with.

The job does not provide labor or health insurance or perfect-attendance bonuses. During my employment, the workload was greater than what was described in the original interview, the salary was calculated incorrectly, and wages were often delayed or withheld without justification. Employees were frequently asked to work overtime. Responsibilities were constantly shifted around, and staffing was poorly coordinated during working hours, with employees from different shifts often working at the same time. Using the pandemic as an excuse, they did not hire full-time employees. When former employees came back one after another to collect their wages, the calculations were still incorrect....... This is specifically about the branch on Tianshui Road; I do not know about the other branches. However, anyone considering working at this branch should absolutely not consider it. The manager’s ability is inadequate. When someone comes to work, the manager dumps all of their own responsibilities on that person—including basic tasks that the person’s position should handle, as well as tasks outside the scope of that position—and even says that this is simply how things are done...... If you are looking for a place to coast into retirement while doing odd jobs, you might consider it.
