At the beginning, they asked about my professional expertise, etc. The vice president's questions were very sharp.
The following is my interview experience.
The interview was conducted in a 1-to-4 format: one applicant interviewed by four interviewers.
The interview process was not much different from others, and the questions did not deliberately touch on private matters (such as whether you have a girlfriend, sexual orientation, family, etc.).
The only issue was that the salary was extremely low. An information assistant engineer earns only NT$22,000 (base salary) + NT$6,000 (professional allowance) = NT$28,000 to NT$33,000. The department manager put it very conservatively, but the interviewee heard it very clearly.
Their vice president asked questions such as what kind of supervisor and colleagues you prefer working with.
Most importantly, their vice president was very clear when discussing the year-end bonus.
The information manager answered that they would improve information security, whether the current situation could be improved, and that they would replace everything together when it was time to do so. ^___^
This company has low salaries and fairly ordinary benefits. There are no bonuses for the three major traditional holidays, and the year-end and professional bonuses depend on the KPI score your supervisor gives you.
