Pros
The work is so easy that you can actually slack off sometimes. There are snacks for overtime, and the managers and colleagues are nice. You get just a few more days off than at most companies.
Cons
Famous for low salaries! Promotions and raises are difficult! The company is stingy in all kinds of ways; when it can't find people, even seniors over 55 can join the company and wait for retirement.
