The company is in Xizhi, and it’s still quite a distance from the train station. I absolutely do not recommend going there.

When HR initially contacted me for an interview, I asked whether the annual salary was at least N*16.

HR told me it was, so I agreed to an interview.

Before the interview, I had to complete a bunch of tests and fill out a personnel information form, which even asked for my annual salary at my previous company.

The professional test before the first interview involved HR playing the questions through TEAMS and asking me to write the answers on my own paper.

After answering every 5–6 questions, I had to ask HR to scroll down.

After completing all the questions, I had to photograph the answers and send them to HR electronically.

The questions were quite simple. I felt I had scored at least 90 points.

The first interview with two supervisors lasted an hour and a half.

A few days later, I had a second interview with the vice president, which lasted an hour.

Later, HR interviewed me again for half an hour and kept repeating the same questions.

I had already explained why I left my previous company in both the first and second interviews, but HR kept asking about it repeatedly…

Then HR explained the benefits and compensation.

There are only NT$5,200 worth of gift vouchers for the three major holidays.

And the annual welfare points can only be used to purchase the company’s products.

Later, they asked about my expected salary: did both the monthly and annual salaries have to be higher than those at my previous company?

I said that just one of them meeting the requirement would be fine. Also, it only needed to be “equal to,” not necessarily higher.

As a result, two days later I received a rejection letter from HR through 104.

They didn’t even give a reason.

They also didn’t make a salary offer and ask whether I wanted to go.

When they initially contacted me for an interview, I first asked whether the annual salary was at least N*16.

HR even said it was. In the end, after the second interview, they didn’t even discuss the salary—they just sent a rejection letter.

Look at this company’s median salary for non-managerial employees: only NT$700,000… It’s still far below the N*16 annual salary I expected…

They trick people into interviewing and waste their time. What a garbage company.
