Beautiful scenery, and most colleagues are young and easy to communicate with.

The management is simply beyond comment. They can't retain people with longer tenure. At least, I've personally seen many people leave, whether from the design team, R&D, or HR. I heard the company seems to be undergoing a transformation, so I don't know whether that's the reason. The veterans leave and are replaced by a new batch of newcomers, and apparently it doesn't matter.
