The foreign colleagues and colleagues from other departments are really nice, but the Taiwanese supervisors are truly terrible and have absolutely no sense of fairness.
I applied for a position as an operator, but shortly after starting, they told me to direct traffic. The important thing is, the roadway wasn't even covered yet, so you had to deal with customers yelling at you while being exposed to the wind and sun. Many customers can testify to this because it was genuinely exhausting. When I brought it up with my supervisor, they directly told me that I couldn't do that and that I would have a problem if I did.^_^ (Hello?
2. The person above me is a shameless old woman who never taught me anything. After dumping me on the foreign workers, she acted as if I should already know everything. Then, whenever she took issue with me, she kept watching me. Even when something wasn't put there by me, I was always the first person she blamed. It's not that I didn't communicate today! And I'm really sorry, but I'm not the type to suck up to people.
At such an old age, does she not have to answer to her conscience when she speaks?~
Then, if they wouldn't transfer me to another department, they wanted me to resign voluntarily.
