The company is located in an old apartment building near Touqianzhuang. The first floor is a retail store (currently closed), the second floor is a factory, the third floor is office space, and the fourth floor is a warehouse.
The company's primary operations are run by one man and one woman. There are few internal employees (fewer than 10), and turnover is extremely high. Everyone who joins is an employee with less than one year of tenure, except for the warehouse manager, who is more experienced.
Because the company is small, it has relatively few systems. Changes by the operators often result in immediate changes, and there is no formal, written management SOP. Meetings are lengthy and unfocused. They always like to ask, “What have you learned?” or “How do you feel about your work so far?” When opinions differ, they cannot listen to suggestions and opinions from other employees. They always claim to have a direct communication culture, but in practice, it is not truly possible to speak the truth. Employees who dare to express their true opinions are laid off before long. This shows that it is a company that lays off employees as long as they disagree with its理念 or fail to meet its standards.
The company has been operating for 11 years, yet has very few experienced employees. Those of you planning to attend an interview, please choose carefully.
