1. Colleagues are very easy to get along and communicate with, and the environment is comfortable.
2. There are original animations as well as outsourced projects, so you can work on many different types of projects.
3. If colleagues lack the necessary skills (they can’t use Google Mail, Excel, or basic office software, and it’s hard to understand how their abilities can be so poor), reporting them to a supervisor leads directly to saying goodbye during the probationary period, without wasting each other’s time.
4. Flexible start and finish times; you can control your own working hours.
1. A metro station is currently being built near the company, so commuting by scooter is relatively dangerous...
2. Sometimes there is work outside your own scope, so you need to protect your rights and advocate for yourself.
3. The systems and processes are not rigorous enough, so communication takes time.
