The HR representative had a pretty good attitude. Although none of the things she asked about were my strengths, I tactfully told her which areas I was stronger in. It felt like she wanted to say, “I’m sorry, but you don’t meet the company’s requirements,” yet she still reluctantly accepted my résumé. Although I feel it will probably be discarded later, I’m still grateful that you let me complete the process.
There were no clear requirements when recruiting, but once you arrive, they tell you that you need several years of relevant experience. I felt deceived and that I had made the trip for nothing. I hope they can state the key reasons for rejection directly instead of wasting each other’s time.
