In the second round, candidates were asked to provide a complete proposal for an event (not yet executed), and the company was “very insistent” that candidates suggest 10 influencers for potential collaboration for each of its brands, with a detailed explanation of the reasons for each collaboration. Even after discussion, they still refused to change the assessment requirements.
