The interviewer was very nice.
The HR department was really terrible and kept digging into the interviewee's privacy.
Also, the company's review process was awful. I received a rejection email less than three hours after my interview that day, saying directly that there were very few openings. If there were so few openings,
why make people waste time interviewing in the first place?
Wouldn't it have been better to just hire the preselected candidate? It really seems like HR just wanted to meet its performance targets. Ridiculous.
