台灣喜佳股份有限公司
Pros

Pros: The advantage is that the activities are repetitive. After working there for about a year, you’ll have seen through all the activities, and you could probably stay for ten years with your eyes closed without any problem.

Cons

Cons: It’s basically a place full of bizarre managers.

They lack ability themselves and like to tell the people below them to do the work.

They keep ordering people around, but there isn’t a single thing the managers can do themselves.

They like to paint rosy pictures and make grandiose statements, and push problems onto others when something happens.

They can announce on the morning of a meeting that they want to take compensatory leave that day, without explaining anything about the task or meeting.

Then, for no apparent reason, you get called into the meeting room that day to be the scapegoat who attends the meeting in their place.

After that, you end up responsible for everything.

The managers’ basic abilities are poor; they can’t even manage properly.

At most, your salary gets adjusted once, and there is no year-end bonus.

The entire company’s integration and communication skills are unbelievably bad.

I’ve never seen a company’s corporate image website be this terrible without being replaced.

I’ve also never seen a company split things across so many additional fan pages and then fail to manage them.

Oh, and even the online shopping center can have a different system.

That’s genuinely quite something.

My sincere advice: do not go there under any circumstances. Unless you’re fifty and preparing to retire—in that case, it’s probably OK.

But remember not to let yourself get forced out through office politics.
