The interview was okay. We played a 60-second game, and the attitude was good.
No beauty-industry experience. The senior employee training others had a poor attitude. When I went to the store, they threw a whole lot of information at the new employee, expecting us to remember the SOP in 15 minutes. If we couldn’t memorize it, they started getting unhappy. They even asked whether we had ever tested positive...
I have a poor memory, so the experience felt very bad.
They demonstrated the techniques, had us watch videos, and then operate directly on real people. We would also be scolded for making mistakes during the procedure. The pressure was truly overwhelming.
You’d have to be a genius to be suited for this job. It’s best to have a background in beauty; otherwise, you’ll really be treated like an idiot..... Still, you can give it a try.......
